OCR has been recognised by the State for enhancing urbanisation in Pahang. Joining forces with Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Pahang (PKNP), OCR via it’s associate company’s subsidiary Taraf Raya Sdn Bhd (Taraf Raya), will participate in the Pahang portion of the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) project.

Taraf Raya is expected to provide consultation and assistance to Malaysia Rail Link Sdn Bhd (MRL) and China Communications Construction (ECRL) Sdn Bhd (CCC) on matters relating to local authorities in Pahang and assist CCC in sourcing suppliers and contractors for the purpose of optimizing the participation of local content and resources.

Taraf Raya is still in the midst of negotiation with MRL and CCC.
