  • Responsibilities:


    1. Support the Group on corporate finance, strategic planning and treasury/financing related matters
    2. Assist in evaluating (financial modelling) and planning of potential corporate exercises for the
    Group including but not limited to M&As, private placements, etc.
    3. Strategize and structure financing facilities to meet the Group’s funding requirements including
    but not limited to preparation of indicative term sheets, project / proposal presentations as well
    as project cashflows
    4. Promote investor relations function via constant engagement with research analysts and fund house
    on the Group’s strategic direction
    5. Liaise and manage bankers, lawyers, research analysts, regulators and other relevant stakeholders
    6. To undertake other ad-hoc special projects relevant to the role

    Qualification Requirements:

    Qualification Requirements

    1. Possess at least a Degree in Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking or equivalent
    2. Minimum 7 years of relevant working experiences, preferably in corporate finance and/or investment
    3. Experience in the financial services sector with knowledge in the property development and
    construction sectors will be an added advantage
    4. In terms of soft skills, preferably a highly self-driven individual with a proactive personality.
    5. Good analytical skills, skepticism, great inter-personal communication and a solution-driven train of
    thought will be a plus point.
